Saturday 130119
I didn't have time to get everything in today had to go to work early so I did what I could get through.
BB Gymnastics
1) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch.
-255#, barely missed 270#
2) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk.
-300#, made a huge jump to 335# and missed horribly
