A. Squat snatches

Rest only 60 secs between sets
B1. 5 Snatch Grip High Pulls to Chesy Height @ 185#
B2. 5 Non Heaving Snatch Balance

C. High Bar Back Squat
70%x5- every 30secs- 310#
75%x4- every 45secs- 330#
80%x3- every 60secs- 350#
The bar must stay on your back during the entire set
D. 3 Rounds
